7-Up Cake

1 package lemon cake mix
1 small package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
10 oz. 7-Up soda

Beat first 4 for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Add 7-Up and mix well. Bake in greased floured 13x9" pan at 350F 30 minute or until done. Cool before frosting.

7-Up Frosting
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cornstarch
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/4 stick butter
1 cup coconut
1 small container thawed whipped topping

Mix first 5 in saucepan and stir constantly over heat until thickened. Cool. Fold in coconut. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cake.
