Blueberry Pie
1/4 c. cold water
4 c. blueberries
1/2 c. water
5 T. flour
1 c. sugar
Baked 9 inch pie shell
Make a smooth paste with 1/4 c. cold water, flour, and salt. Boil 1 c. blueberries with sugar
and 1/2 c. water. Add flour paste and stir until thickened. Remover from heat and cool. Add
remaining blueberries, put into baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve cold, garnished with
sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping.
