CHEF DAVE'S SOUTHERN WILD TURKEY CHILI

4 cups cubed wil turkey
3 tbs. canola oil
4 cans white Northern beans
3 cuo chicken broth
2 chopped onions
1 1/2 cups water
1 crushed garlic clove
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp. flaked parsley
1 tbs. ground cumin
1/4 tsp.oregano
2 cups canned green chiles
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey
cheese

Heat oil in a large skillet. Add turkey and onions, saute for 7 minutes. Add all the remainig ingredients except he cheese. Simmer for one hour. Serve with flour tortillas.
