Creamy Family Nacho's

1 pound Brick of Velveeta Cheese.
1 package of Cream Cheese
1 Can of Minced Green Chilis
1/8 c milk
1 bag of White Corn Chips
1 pound lean hamburger
1 packet taco seasoning mix
1 chopped tomato
1 finely chopped onion
2 cups shredded lettuce
sour cream and guacamole if desired.

In a skillet place your finely chopped onion and cook, moving often until translucent. Add lean ground beef. Cook until browned; moving often to break into coarse crumbs. Add packet of taco seasoning and mix well (no water need be added). At the same time: Cut Velveeta brick in to 1 inch cubes. Cut Cream Cheese into cubes. Add to a 1 quart saucepan with milk and warm on low stirring occasionally until completely melted. Open and drain minced green chile's. Add to cheese. Remove from heat. Place desired amount of chips in bowl, cover with two large scoops of taco meat. Cover taco meat and chips with cheese sauce. Follow with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole (if desired).
