Ojibwe Bulettes (Stew)
Take a pot and chop a onion in it, add 4 potatoes peeled and finely cubed, cover with water,
cover and simmer while taking one pound of hamburger and make little bitty meat ball shapes,
then add this to pot and simmer with salt a pepper to taste. When the hamburger turns grey and
is cooked, fill your pot with more water and take one cup milk with a couple table spoons of
flour blended in and add this too. Simmer until thickened. Go's good with fry bread , or any
bread, I also add a bit garlic too.
