Stir Fried Wild Rice: (Although stir frying is not a traditional way of Indian cooking, Indians do learn from other cultures and adapt the methods to fit our needs)

2 c. cooked wild rice
1 lb. pork tenderloin, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 med. onion, sliced
1 broccoli head, florets removed stalk sliced 1/8 inch thick
1 t. cornstarch
2 T. soy sauce
2 T honey, optional
2 T. vegetable oil
2 carrots, sliced 1/8 inch thick
1/2 t. ground ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

In a heavy skillet or wok, heat oil and add pork, stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Add onion, carrots, and broccoli florets and wild rice. Blend ginger, cornstarch, honey and soy sauce, add to stir-fry. Cook, stirring one more minute until sauce is thickened.
