Wild Rice Filling for Omelets

1 c. cooked wild rice
1 T. onion, finely chopped
1 T. each red and green pepper, chopped
2 T. butter

Sauté the peppers and onions in butter for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the wild rice. Heat thoroughly. Use with chopped ham, sausage or sunflower seeds to fill omelets just before folding.
