Wild Rice Waldorf Salad

2 c. cooked wild rice, chilled
1 T. lemon juice
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
2 large red apples, peeled and diced
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. plain yogurt (non-fat)

Toss diced apples with lemon juice and brown sugar. Blend yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss with salad.
