Barbecue Meatballs

2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 bottles (18 oz each) barbecue sauce, divided
1 egg, beaten
2/3 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
dash of chili powder
dash of garlic powder

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crackers, 2/3 c. barbecue sauce, egg, and seasonings. Shape beef mixture into 1 1/2" meatballs and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, or until browned. Pour remaining sauce in crockpot. Add meatballs and stir gently to cover in sauce. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
