Biscuit Casserole
1 can jumbo biscuits
1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
8 - 10 eggs, beaten
Desires Seasonings (salt, pepper, etc.)
12 oz chedder cheese, grated
Line 13" x 9" pan with biscuits, pressing to seal into crust (tear biscuits to fit corners as needed)
Layer browned, drained sausage over biscuits
Pour beaten eggs over sausage and top with grated cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until eggs are set and biscuits are done; serve.
