Cheese & Potato Casserole

2 lb. package of frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed kind) partly thawed
1 cans of cheddar cheese soup
1 13 oz. can of evaporated milk, undiluted
1can french fried onion rings
salt and pepper

Combine frozen potatoes, soup and half the onion rings.Pour into greased crock-pot.Add salt and pepper to taste.Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top before serving.NOTE: recipe may be cut in half if desired.Cooking times are the same. If using a 2 quart crock-pot, this recipe needs to be cut in half.
