GRILLED FISH with FRESH PINEAPPLE SALSA

1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
Salt, to taste
1 1/4 pounds firm white fish fillets

For salsa, combine all ingredients, except salt and fish. Set aside. Sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt and additional lemon juice. Lightly oil grid. Grill fillets, on covered grill, over medium-hot KingsfordŽ briquets for about 3 minutes per side. Fish is done when it flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve with salsa.
