Grilled Potatoes

4 potatoes
12 to 16 slices onions
garlic
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
spices -- parsley, cayenne, cajun seasoning...whatever
1. take a large piece of foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
2. slice the potato thinly and place on the foil.
3. place onion slices on top of the potato.
4. add garlic, spices, and butter.
5. seal the foil package and grill for about an hour or until potatoes are soft but somewhat crispy.
