PEACHES N CREAM CHEESECAKE
Sugar Free version below*
¾ C. FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP SALT
3 ¼ OZ PKG DRY VANILLA PUDDING (DO NOT USE INSTANT PUDDING)
3 TBSP BUTTER SOFTENED
1 EGG
½ C. MILK
Preheat oven to 350. Grease pan 9” deep dish or 10” pie pan. Combine all and beat for 2 mins on medium speed. Pour into pan.
1 (15-20oz) CANNED PEACHES OR PINEAPPLE, WELL DRAINED (RESERVE JUICE)
1 - 8 oz PKG CREAM CHEESE
½ c. SUGAR
3 TBSP RESERVED JUICE
Combine in small bowl. Beat 2 mins on medium. Spoon into within 1 inch of edge of batter.
Combine 1 TBSP sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake 30-35 mins; until crust is golden. Filling will appear soft. Store in fridge.
TO EXCHANGE FOR SUGAR FREE:*
Use small box of sugar free vanilla pudding, add a tablespoon of splenda sweetener.
Anywhere sugar is called for use same measure of splenda sweetener.
Use lite peaches or pineapple.
