Grilled Pot Roast

1 two-to-three lb. pot roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 10 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup

Preheat gas grill using low setting. Place the roast on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the roast. Spoon the mushroom soup over the top. Fold the foil to form a sealed packet. Grill with the lid open for three hours or until roast has reached a desired degree of doneness.
