SKELETON CRUDITE
This vegetable platter calls for a sick, inventive mind. The kids will love
the idea while parents will enjoy its healthiness. Choose the freshest
vegetables you can and set to work creating your own original display. You
can prep the vegetables the night or day before the party and store them,
soaking in water, in the refrigerator. When you're ready, just drain and pat
dry. Serve with:
3 cups low-fat yogurt
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup peach jam
1 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. to 1 tbsp. mild curry powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Directions:
Stir all the ingredients in a skull-size bowl or scooped-out head of lettuce
and refrigerate. Serve with vegetables, crackers, pita slices, or as the
head for SKELETON CRUDITE
