Sugar Free Hot Cocoa Mix

1/4 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. Splenda (the pourable kind)
1/4 c. non-dairy creamer (powdered)
1 c. non-fat dry milk
2 T. instant coffee (optional)
dash of cinnamon (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well mixed.

Add 3 heaping teaspoons to a mug of hot water - or more or less to taste.

We find it works best to microwave a cup of water for one minute - add the cocoa mix, stir well and microwave for an additional minute. Stir again.
