Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Sugar Twin
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape in 1-inch balls, using about 1 teaspoon for each. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375° or until lightly browned. They must be stored in a refrigerator. Yield: 42 cookies.
